1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:

• The product is damaged during delivery.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories, manuals, and invoices.

Returns may be refused if the product shows signs of misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, physical damage, or unauthorized repair.

2. Refurbished Products

Most refurbished laptops and accessories are thoroughly tested before dispatch.

Because refurbished products are pre-owned, minor cosmetic scratches or signs of previous use are normal and are not considered defects.

Unless otherwise stated, refurbished products are covered by the warranty mentioned on the product page or invoice.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

• Software licenses or digital products.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse.
• Products with broken warranty seals.
• Custom-built or specially ordered items.
• Products returned without original accessories or invoice.

4. Laptop Repair Services

Repair service charges are generally non-refundable once repair work has started or the repair has been completed.

If a repair cannot be completed, only the amount collected for the unperformed repair may be refunded, after deducting any inspection or diagnostic charges.

5. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be made using the original payment method whenever possible.
• Bank processing times may vary.

6. Exchange Policy

Products eligible for exchange may be replaced with:

• The same model (subject to availability), or
• An equivalent product of similar specifications and value.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible until the product is returned according to this policy.

8. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was caused by PVTECH Laptop World (such as receiving the wrong or damaged product).

9. Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage
